Chloe Herl, Real Estate Advisor

With over 8 years of customer service experience paired with a background in Marketing and Design, Chloe’s standard of excellence in client relationships and simple marketing practices is unmatched. After relocating to Colorado from Oklahoma, Chloe was in search of a Real Estate Agency with unbeatable values and a certain standard when it came to client relationships. That is when she found Thrive Real Estate and has never looked back.

In 2020, Chloe graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. It was in the later years of college through early 2022, that Chloe learned the value of marketing not only the business to prospective customers, but also marketing herself to prospective customers. During this time, Chloe held a Home Construction Design position that grew her eye for modern home design. She also worked for a successful company in Tulsa, Oklahoma and assisted in the launch of various Marketing campaigns/initiatives.  

Born and raised in small town Kansas, Chloe grew up in an entrepreneurial family that ran several businesses during her lifetime. She can easily encompass her childhood with this – “One of the best parts about my childhood was always getting to play a small part in my family’s businesses, which planted the seeds of my love for helping people!” This ‘customer-centered mindset’ has only grown into a deep passion to serve people daily, which is why being a Thrive Advisor fits Chloe so well.

When Chloe isn’t driving to the next Open House, you can find her engaging in a random outdoor activity, playing frisbee with her border collie, or trying a new good food spot with her husband.
